Turns out the OG 9-5 jack is a perfect fit for the NG 9-5 jacking points. The 9-3SS jack might fit as well, but my experience is the 9-4SS jack is a nasty, high-friction device with which desperation and determination are just as necessary as the included crank for successfully raising the car.
A full size 17" wheel and tire fits the spare well, but does raise the floor a couple of inches. Face down it even can be held in place with the included T=bolt and hold down - at least they were included in my son's 2011 base car.
