I had mine done in the 30k range.
I had Midas perform the work, and they all say they need to buy new rotors, and I said BS. A simple resurface took care of my warping and no new pad were needed on my job.
You might be best served to measure the surface area left on your rotor, if within reason, resurface and put on new pads.
Again, they want to sell new rotors to you. The resurface cost me just over $100. Gook Luck
