My last car was an Audi, too. My dealer said the Viggen would not be worth the price difference, so I got the HOT Coupe, to which I added a Full Sport Package. Nice. More power than you expect, exceptional torque, no lag, precise handling, immediate feeling of what the car is up to, unique looks, incredible cargo space, sensible cockpit. Don't expect Audi's smooth shifting and flawless finish: Saab is different, but it won't allow you to miss the old ride. Clutch has not been a problem for the 9.3 (it was for the 900). Inspect the car thoroughly when you take delivery of it -most 9.3 problems are immediately apparent and can be fixed before you drive off the showroom floor.
Hope you decide to join the club: you can't go wrong with the SE or the Viggen. Your Audi will seem boring in comparison.
