When people see I am driving a Saab convertible, they automatically think I spent 40K. When I told them it was more like 32K, they couldn't believe it. The general public perceives Saabs cost as much as BMW's especially when they do comparisons in the car magazines.

If Saab should put the MSRP at a more realistic pricing point, they would surely attract more customers.
