i have a '99 Viggen my lights are off you also need to remove the dim bulbs if you want the day time running off completely i also recmend you change your fog light setting to one i think. that way you can have the fogs on with the high/low/parking beams and that really lights up the road and helps to flaten it out.

if your tech can't figure it out for setings then find a new tech, and email me and i'll send you over the settings...
