Jim Miller can answer this best, as he has a '97 black t-dega. Basically a trim package, mirrors et al matched the paint which became standard when the OG 9-3 came to life. I don't think there were chrome insert accents in the bumpers either. Also some interiour touches with color-coded inserts in the door panels. As Wade said, super aero wheels as well, plus a cursive "Talledega" badge on the decklid. Beyond that, still the same 185hp i4 turbo as the SE. I believe there were also 5-door variants. In a subtle way, almost a precursor to the Viggen, but in trim only.
