hmm ok so maybe XtraVision's arent the OEMs...

...seems the OEM's are the "Long Life" models? That would explain the 7 years...and the passenger side was still going. I replaced both, kept the still functional pass side one as a backup. I hope these XtraVision's last long....thats the reason I got them over the Silverstars, I thought the XtraVision's were the standard ones.
