Mine died the same way. Turned out to be the fuel pump itself. Test the wiring under the back seat first. If there's power, then it's the pump which must be removed by dropping the fuel tank. Not sure if the pump motor itself can be replaced so my indy replaced the whole pump assembly. 13 years is a lot to ask of a fuel pump.
