Yup, I used the Lubro Moly MOS2 additive in this oil change.
Yeah, I can't see how this oil would be worse at protecting against bearing wear than anything else. API SM rating stamped on the bottle, although I'm not sure how that translates to ACEA.
Maybe I'll think about try ing the oil pressure guage. Thanks for the tip!
I've had a couple 'slightly above normal' readings on silicon (could possibly be from dirt) in my analyses, so contamination is certainly a possibility.
