What to do with my Viggen?

Ever since i bought my car back in April, ive noted that the front ride height was much higher than the other viggens that ive seen (roughly about 1 inch higher). Also, the car rode very poorly. At the 1k mile sevice, i mencioned this to the service dept. and encoruraged them to check my shocks and springs to see if they were the correct ones and to also see if they had removed the shipping spacers. They came back an told me that all was well and within specs. So ive driven the car this way for 6k now and i come to change the oil and complain again about the ride and ride height and behold; the find that both the shocks were riding on a pair of plastic shipping spaces per side all along!!!!! This situation has me very concearned with the outlook on my cars structural integrity (rode all those miles with virtually no suspension on the front of the car) and the longetivy of all the associated componenets, not to mention all the risks ive taken while riding on a seriouly compromised car.
I would like input on what i should do. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks
JGP
