It works fine when the transmission is cold. No trouble at all. Once it warms up, though, I start having trouble. When its warm, if I leave it in neutral (long pause), I can usually get it into reverse without a grind. Would it be foolish to think that some fresh oil might help?
I've read that this might be related to a worn engine mount as well.
Anything I can do to keep from pulling the transmission would be helpful.
