Get a obd2 scanner and check your long term fuel trims. I bet you are running rich.
If you replace a $120 o2 sensor, you may bump your mileage up by 10% which could be 1 gallon of gas a week. At that rate, you would pay back the cost of the o2 sensor it a little over half a year! Plus, you are over working your Cat and could prematurely wear it out.
When MPG goes south, it is smart to think about why...for more reasons than it just costing a few bucks more at the pump.
