Well, for what ever reason It seems I solved the issue this time. After the dis assembly, complete clean, lube with caliper grease, and then re-assembly, everything seems fine.

I am not certain why the procedure corrected the issue with the brakes this time as opposed to the the prior attempts, but it did.
