Short squeal when starting from brake position

Recently my '97 900S non-turbo 118K started to squeal when starting from brake position. This is a short one second squeal coming from the front hood/ engine, specifically when releasing from braking position and then moving forward/reverse, e.g., when pulling out of driveway, from full stop at stop sign or red light. I recently changed the coolant temp sensor and replaced the coolant but everything seems normal on that front. Also, it's prob not the pads/rotors. Any suggestions? TIA!
