Search on the board a little bit further, I cut the hole in the floor about a month ago. I had a full tank of gas as well, and I live in the rust-belt, so I was worried about the tank straps, and having to spend more $ on parts that would only break if I touched them :)

Probably took me 4 hours total including: removing the kiddy car-seats to get in there, creating the PVC pipe wrench from youtube for opening tank cover, and taking my sweet time (was 95 degree day out on the driveway).
I'm a confident but not yet competent DIY - never did this stuff growing up, so I'm learning as I go. Someone who's been working on cars for years could probably do it in 2 hours.
