If it's at certain speeds and comes and goes, it's probably a bent wheel or out of balance wheels. Saabs need perfect balance. Could also be a bad tire.
If it happens only under acceleration and load (like up a hill on the highway) then it is either balance (above) or it could be a driveshaft related like a tripod bearing, etc.
