Remote only works driver's door after battery change

I ran the battery ran down by leaving an interior light on. I then removed the battery completely, then put it back in it and got it charged it up again. Now the remote only works the driver's door.
The passenger door can be unlocked using the key, and the rear doors can also be unlocked manually.
I tried removing the negative and positive terminals and leaving it for five minutes but it makes no difference.
Can anybodt help?
