Charlie, if you don't already know, there are peanut bulbs in your headlights also. Be sure the H4 low beam is lit. The orange relay can cause about any combinations of failure you can imagine. Might as well get some new H4 bulbs and a relay. Buy the KAE brand relay from EEuro. Much better than the Saab one. Dan at Road Tested Saabs
