The fill plug for the manual tranny is a allen nut on the top of the trans on the driver side. Open the hood, lean over the drivers side (U.S. spec, on the left). As you are looking at the top of the trans you will see a bolt, with interior allen fittings. You need a long tube to fill it with. You also need to open the vent plug which is on the side, same type of plug, go easy and make sure you have full contact with the nut and the tool or you will easily strip this bolts. Good luck.
The cabin filter is even more fun!! The first thing to do is to remove the windshield wiper arms. After removing them open the hood, there is a black plastic piece that covers the upper-rear area of the engine compartment, this entire black piece needs to be removed. Don't remove the rubber strip from the windshield if you can help it, just slide it out from under the strip. Once this piece is out you can replace the cabin filter. Be sure to vacumn the area out and insure the drain hose on the bottom is empty of crud.
Have fun, hope it was enough info. After doing these things I tend to take some of the information for granted, or commond knowledge. If I have left something out please let me or anyone else know.
