...but rain stopped me from finishing.
I removed the PS reservoir with it's bracket and loosened the coolant reservoir so I could lift it out of the way. Then I removed the battery, the bolt on battery tray plate, the high voltage fuse box bracket, the clip holding the AC filler hose, the positive battery cable holder and popped open the two clips that hold the PS upper line (one at the rad and the other on the inner fender). After undoing both ends of the PS line I was able to work the flexible rubber part in front of the TCS unit wiring and the coolant reservoir tank. From here I was able to wiggle the metal part of the line up through the two AC lines just behind the welded on battery tray working from above and below constantly trying to turn the line one way or the other to work all of the events through the small space. This took maybe 1/2 hour. Installation was much easier as I could press down on the lane and manipulate it from above. I'll finish reassembly tomorrow and hopefully there will be no leaks. I had to settle for 'O' rings from a local supplier who was a bit baffled at the green colored one. Thanks for everyone's help. I did manage to do this without disturbing the AC system which was a big bonus...it works, why jinx it?
