I had intermittent crank/ no start problems with my 99 Viggen. It started fine when engine was cold and would start ok if it was shut down for only a minute or two. But if shut down for say 10-20 minutes (long, but not long enough for the engine to cool way down), it wouldn't fire unless I gave it some gas while cranking the engine. Also did the CPS, the coolant temp sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, DI cassette and a brand new throttle body. Still had the intermittent issue, never threw any codes save for when a used throttle body failed before I put the new one in. Then I did the EVAP purge valve, and that seemed to solve it. Of course you want to make sure you're getting good spark too.
See the post just below yours too, similar problem.
