You'll essentially have a B235R, with some compression differences. A B235R stock tune would be a better choice if you don't want to get into custom tuning.
There are some timing cover differences in the 2x4 and 2x5 blocks. I don't know how those will affect you.
If you want to use the T7 PCV then you'll need to swap the oil pan to get that fitting Jeremy mentioned. I'd probably try to revert to the T5 PCV setup instead. It was the stuff in the bottom end that caused the PCV redesign and you don't have that.
But first I'd find out what's wrong with it. You might not need a motor. And if you're not building it for lots of HP, you might be able to fix a T7 instead of replace it for a lot less time and hassle.
