ABS circuit problem

I have a 2000 9-3 purchased recently. The ABS brake had a poor pedal "feel" initially. ABS and brake light on. The pedal firmed up after 15 minutes of driving then started dragging.I did not continue to drive but allowed the brakes to cool. This repeated itself twice.I removed all pads and pushed all cylinders in slightly to assure none were stuck. Cleaned up shoes and calipers (greased carriers) then reinstalled. I then bleed right front/left rear circuit with Mighty Vac successfully. However, when I attempted to bleed the left front/right rear circuit no fluid would pull out. I clamped brake hose and checked bleeder nipple and inserted tooth pick into caliper-I expected to see something. Got nada. Same for rear caliper. Pedal now goes to floor. I did briefly turn key to see if ABS pump would come on. I do not think it did. Started car briefly but no change. Reservoir never fell below minimum during bleed. What is wrong here?? Thanks!
