I read some info on a Google search which seems kind of contradictory but seems to say you can and should, in some applications use it but MUST make sure you still have good metal to metal contact! which explains why it didn't work when I tried it years ago on some turn signal bulbs! I had it on too thick on the contacts. I cleaned it off and decided this was silly . all you chaps that live in the crappy weather states may find it helps w/ forestalling corrosion? interestingly, they said electricity can go thru a thin film of about any grease the recommended silicon or "dielectric " grease just has a high melting point. there are many sites Google can refer you to and there are many interesting youtube videos CK some out!
