Hi guys. I've never run into this issue before. I just had an alternator changed by a shop, usually I do this by myself in a rather messy but effective way. Anyway, the charge light will stay on until I blip the throttle to raise the revs then all is fine. Then a few days later after an engine cleaning I see some whitish grease that seems to be coming from the alternator whipped around the area.
I'm stumped. Any ideas?
