I found taking the radiator and fan out the front of the car much easier than between the engine and the core support. I confess the body shop already had the bumpers off so I did not need to do that part. I first removed the intercooler. Second removed the AC condenser. You will loose all the AC charge. Third unfastened the oil cooler but do not need to remove. The oil lines allow enough slack to let the cooler hang down while the radiator is removed and replaced. You do need to detach the fan from the radiator and hold it up and back while working the radiator back and up to get the bottom mounting pegs out of the bottom mounting grommets. Oh, forgot to say take the bolt out that holds the power steering fluid line to the core support. Use a piece of rope to tie it up and back so it is up and out of the way to give the radiator room to move. After removing the clips that hold the top radiator pegs in place push the radiator back and out of the mountings. Pull the rubber bushings off the pegs. Getting the bushings off will give you better room to remove the radiator and also to put a new one in place. It will help to have a second person hold the fan assembly up and back while you work to get the radiator out and a new one in. A remote hose spring clamp tool is helpful in getting the bottom radiator hose clamp. A 7mm socket and extra long 1/4 inch extension is helpful in lostening the clamps on the intercooler. I found it best to completely remove the passenger side intercooler hose to allow access to the lower radiator hose clamp. Once the lower radiator hose is back in place the intercooler hose can be reinstalled.
