Jesse, can't ya R&R the seat yourself? Save some $ ! I've taken my viggen seats out a bunch of times, ignition switch, install short shifter, etc it's simple as dirt ! 4 bolts, nuts, two or three plugs ya ' unplug & replug (put the seat in the highest position first ! ) R&R your own sensor it's easy ! sounds like maybe you just give up too easy but it's your ride ! methinks you exaggerate and are way too cynical (and pissed at it, about it ) everything breaks and wears out whats it going to cost to replace the car? nothings perfect! frankly, my wifes, Honda has been more trouble than a Saab! bad ignition, window, air -con cruise control, bad airbags, cracked windshield, weather stripping dissolved, cracked head! Known issue, (honda gave her a new motor at 90,000 miles ! ) bad brakes, cracked dash, yep a Saab usu takes more maint than a Japanese car .... but not always! and it's a better ride, handling and style not to mention exclusivity my viggen plate says "1 of 322" reminds me of a story ...... my friend and his very difficult wife were having issues they went to a marriage counselor and after several very difficult sessions where the very difficult wife was trying the counselors patience, IN frustration the counselor said "look, you put up w/ her BS and She puts up w/ yours or you get a divorce ! " LOL ( they are still married! ) 40 years !
