Here's a weird one - In my -02 Viggen, the other day my ventilation fan suddenly went to high speed while I was driving, and the fan speed would not respond to any input on the ACC. Then when I turned off the ignition, the fan continued on high speed. I had to pull the fuse to stop it.
I looked at my Haynes wiring diagrams, and they show only the manual climate control, but other than the innards of the ACC, the outputs are probably the same. I can't for the life of me figure out how this might have occurred, since the ACC only gets power through the ignition circuit relay. Any ideas?
