Stage 1 for Viggen (eEuro?!)
Posted by Rick C. [Email] (more from Rick C.) on Mon, 7 May 2018 21:51:26
Recently got a ‘01 Viggen to join my ‘04 9-5 Aero. I am very much enjoying it. I have never tuned or driven a tuned car, and this Viggen is already plenty quick for my needs, but its power delivery has a rawness to it which makes my giddy and leaves me wondering what a touch more power might be like, without serious modifications.
Anyone have experience with a stage 1 tune? Eeuro has a cheap reprogramming that adds 30 hp without new hardware... for the odd tight highway merge, of course!
Any issues with drivability, smoothness, fuel economy or longevity?
I don’t beat on my cars at all, I take obsessive care of them and drive sanely, getting into my 40s!
