I can't answer your question about the rear wiper relay location, but I can provide some input on the adjustable front wiper delay. The short answer is it's not possible to install the 9-3's system on a NG900. I tried, and it can't be done. The reason is because there isn't an adjustable relay like some manufacturers use, and they don't build the system into the stalk, like some other manufacturers, like Ford, do. It's built into either the TWICE or DICE, and it's entirely solid state with no relays involved. That being said, you can get adjustable intermittent wipers on your car. What I did was to use a Hella intermittent wiper delay unit. I wired it up so that it gets power when the wiper stalk is set to intermittent, and then using a relay, it intercepts the low speed wiper wiring and turns it on. That way low speed and high speed wipers work as they should, and the Hella unit is only used when the stalk is in the intermittent position. I wired up a remote potentiometer that's mounted in one of the switch blanks below the steering wheel. I've been meaning to post my wiring diagram for it for a couple of years since it's one of my favorite mods. I should also add that I looked into using a 9-3 wiper stalk to control the speed, but the pot in the 9-3's stalk isn't even remotely close to the right resistance to work with the Hella unit.
