it's located in the driver side front wheel well, you remove the rear mudflap, then 2 or 3 upper screws, bend the arch liner to provide access, and unplug the siren module. You will get an annoying "Service Theft Alarm" message on the SID whenever you start up (press CLEAR to remove it), but the key fob locking will work fine. It is possible to program the alarm out via Tech2. Lots of discussion on this topic, just search "alarm siren" on this and the 9-5 BB.
