Question about Super-Lube

REM, which Super-Lube product do you use? I noticed on their site they have a "Synthetic Aerosol Lubricant" (which seems to be their standard product), but they also have another item called "Dry Film" which sounds a bit more like what you were describing. Can you let me know if you recommend one over the other?
