I have used POR15 on my Calipers, its the best paint for them, however a smooth glossy finish with POR15 is quite less than perfect. Even though i used a clear coat on them. What I have done with wipers arms is sand (well), apply gray primer, then 2000 grit sand, apply Rustoleum gloss black (2 coats, dry between), apply clear coat enamel (2 coats, dry between). My wipers look like new and have last for years. Might want to try this, I don't think you will be happy with the POR15.
