all brands have their troublesome dealers that don't care about customer service. Granted, Saab service often requires the use of some computerized equipment that isn't as intuitive as a wrench or screwdriver, and this often causes difficulties with diagnostics, but it seems as though the root of your problem is customer service.
Talk to the owner of the dealership...if anyone can influence change there, it's him/her.
