Sorry to hear about that ordeal. Having them miss to correct almost all of the complains.

To help other Saabers, could you list the specific pricing of the repairs so that it doesn't get confused (like compaqted had it sound like) "$2000 for a strut replacement done badly and a DI (takes about half a minute to change) is really outrageous!".

My guestimate is that the DI cassette came up to about $500.00
Shocks $600.00
60K service $600.00
Flush trans $150.00
And the rest is sales tax and misc small stuff?

That's where it hurts going to a dealer because they don't really give you a break when repairs goes hand in hand like spark plug (60K service) and slap a new DI cassette on there at the same time.

Another thing that you do pay for at the dealer is to have a loaner car handy (even though that failed to in your case).

Did they clean out the throttle body at the 60K service? If not, That could create a stumble at low RPM take off, letting up the clutch.

Hope it gets resolved or that you find an indy shop to help you.
