Yeah I know yours was a rhetorical question. As far as body style goes it is of course a wagon. From a US perspective it is more accurate to just call it a sport wagon. Guess they are trying to be distinctive. You know those crazy marketing types. It also does sort of suggest the combination of elements (saab sport sedan + cargo door = sportcombi) in a way the word wagon doesn't. Works OK for me.
