actually makes good tires. Kumho makes tires than seem, from most reports to be noisy, fast wearing and less than great.

I have the RE960AS, and while they are nothing spectacular, they seem to do just fine and even hold up well to track days. If I get 30K I'll be happy given how I use them. And they are reasonably quiet and decent in the rain. Curiously, that's when they are most noisy.
