So SAAB would cooperate with Youngman on new products (9-3 etc) while the GM IP polluted products would remain firewalled within SAAB. This is exactly the same model as SAAB used with AAM, so I don't see how GM can say much other then send a few auditors to ensure it's ip is not stolen.
