BMW or MB. Probably BMW. Actually I think BMW, not Audi or Subaru or whoever is the closest in philosophy to Saab. Small company, innovative engineering + passion. Audi's are souless.

The two Saab loyalists I know both jumped to BMW before the ship sank.

Why any Saab owner would buy a GM vehicle after what they've done to your resale, is beyond me. I guess some people like getting ripped off.

A couple of years ago I looked into buying a CTS. GM was running a loyalty incentive at the time. Every current and former GM brand was eligible except one-Saab. Told me a lot right there, and I was a former GM loyalist.
