I see the "Unlimited CARFAX Reports for $49.99" option, but clicking the disclaimer says:

The Unlimited Plan allows you to run
unlimited reports by license plate
and 5 reports by VIN.

Plan is valid for 30 days from date of
purchase. Reports run by license plate
on vehicles registered in: AK, AL, IA,
ME, MS, NV, OH, PR, RI and TN may
not be available.

Unlimited checks by license plate but only five for VIN? That seems slightly worthless, since hardly any information is reported via plate number and plates are basically replaceable on demand.
