Washer and dryer recommendations?

We have all GE appliances - came with the new home 2 years ago. Washer & Dryer are fine - not great

But based on the horrible warranty service on the Refrigerator - even after speaking to someone at corporate about the refrigerator and experiencing their less than stellar service (mostly by a company that they contract with - A&E owned by Sears) - I would NEVER purchase a GE appliance again

and all of our appliances are from their high end lines...
