the c900 Aero was referred to as SPG in the USA iirc because GM owned the rights to use "Aero" on cars at the time... but imho, it only really makes much sense in the context of Saabs, with the aircraft connection, and ultimately (originally anyway), the premise that the body should be shaped around wind tunnel-tested aerodynamic considerations...
