strongly advise against using because you could kill yourself and/or others. How bad is the leak--does the pedal go to the floor or are you just slowly losing fluid? I've heard of people driving short distances that way, especially if it's highway driving. I've also heard of people pinching off the brake line (which you're replacing anyway) with pliers and limping where they got to go with three brakes. Not that I'd advocate such irresponsible behavior but I have heard of such things being done. Your results may vary.
