I work for lawyers and I get that, but asking for a huge number like that can also put off both the judge and jury, and make your claim seem poorly thought out - sensational. Everyone knows what Spyker paid for and had into Saab, and it wasn't $3b. It is going to be a major uphill battle to prove that someone who invested $74m in a failing automotive venture somehow lost $3b in the process. I mean, sure, this crap works for the RIAA, but it probably won't translate well into this arena... my $0.02.
