...I used a 'traffic attorney' several times when I lived in FL and commuted via I-95 daily. I was caught *cough* a few times exceeding the limit and *cough cough* a few more for HOV lane vioations+speeding.
The traffic attorney would charge anywhere from $69 to $129 for appearing on my behalf and at a minimum getting a NOLO and a small fine and at best getting it dropped.
You might find a friend in Mass who could recommend someone or at the least do a yellow pages search for the traffic ticket version of the ambulance chaser....it truly does pay off.
