In Ontario, I like the underspray offered by Canadian Tire which uses Rust Cure Formula 3000 but Krown and Rust Check are good as well. Alternatively, you can buy aerosol cans for about $9 each. Two or 3 will do must of the underbody and the vulnerable areas like rear dog legs (quarter panel). I like to spray into the lower door areas as well using existing drainage holes (make sure these are unplugged and functioning before every winter. Use a probe if required) If I get the opportunity, I try to look at how 9-5's rust from an exterior point of view. The area behind the front wheels will corrode through as well in the rust-belt. Paint bubbling usually means perforation in 9 of ten cases.
