Often there is no clearance to swing a torque wrench. Many know how to torque by feel. For me, getting the caliper bolts out is difficult, but maybe easier now that I have been weight training for 10 months. In any case, I reassemble with never-seize to make things easier the next time and to prevent corrosion. Note that never-seize would alter torque targets creating another unknown. The major reason why cars are not assembled with never-seize is that it would get all over hands, tools and the vehicles.
On the rears, the springs are definitely in the way. One side is worse than the other.
The rotor indexing bolt should be bedded in never-seize and just snugged up. That fastener does nothing once the wheel bolts are torqued up. The indexing bolt keeps the bolt holes of the hub and wheels aligned. You can do this with a new vehicle or read posts later about how to drill out a stuck indexing bolt.
