as others have stated.. lots of tutorials on youtube, etc.. I've done a few dell's..
They're not all the same.. but typically there is a trim piece above the keyboard.. that houses the power switch, etc. and that gets removed by prying it up from the right edge (they sometimes have a notch near the edge where they want you to initiate the prying). THen you gently keep prying as you work your way towards the left side. until it pops out...
then there are usually 2 or 3 screws above the keyboard holding it in.. So remove those, then tilt the top up... enough so you can remove the ribbon cable underneath..
Just watch a video or too... and practice reinserting the cable using the old keyboard.. if your the clumsy/destructive type !
