Same width?
A lower offset means the wheel moves towards the outside of the car, so assuming the same width your tires are going to be 8mm closer to the fender. You'd need to watch for interference with the fender, possible contact with the wheel well, and you will be changing the scrub radius which could affect steering effort. Again, this is assuming the wheel width is not changing. On most modern cars, 8mm will not pose a problem, but I'd speak with other Sienna owners or you'll have to give it a try and find out. Nobody is going to be able to predict the result.
