Some background on the charges!
Prosecutors demand jail for former Saab executives
Chief prosecutor Olof Sahlgren in Saab-trial calls for prison terms for Victor Muller, Jan-Åke Jonsson and General Counsel Kristina Geers. Saab management is accused among other things of having given an embellished picture of the company's finances.

The extensive trial currently under way in the Vanersborg District Court considers economic crimes agency that Saab leadership have committed a number of crimes before the bankruptcy 2011 . Among other things, they have given a false picture of the economy, in order to underleverantörna would continue to send parts and not ask for Saab Automobile into bankruptcy.
Chief prosecutor Olof Sahlgren claims that Saab Automobile's former owner Victor Muller sentenced to 2-2.5 years in prison for, among other serious racketeering and gross evasion of tax.
The former CEO Jan-Åke Jonsson , and the company's General Counsel Kristina Geers claims the prosecutor of between 1.5-2 years in prison for, among other serious racketeering.
The seven defendants deny the allegations of crimes.
With the exception of a tax evasion indictment of how Victor Muller got paid, there is no allegation that the accused acquired any personal gain. Everything was done to save the company, Saab Automobile.
The trial continues on Wednesday, when the accused lawyers begin their final speeches. The judgment will take a few more weeks.
